Ayfaar interpersonal and True Human relationship harmonization mechanisms
Principles provided naturally develop from Information
regarding described IISSIIDIOLOGY Laws of the Universe as well as existence of humankind
as an integral element, existing in symbiotic relationship with that Universe
and being its multi-holographic expression Form. Any interaction with another
"human being", - is in fact a mere collaboration with "yourself";
it is also an ability to identify internal conflicts between certain groups of
Form-Creators within your own Self-Consciousness Configuration for their subsequent
conscious transformation in order to harmonize their relations through choices,
based on the motivational chains, contributing to the refocusing in a True
Human development Direction.

Another "human being" - is such an objective
Reality, with which we interrelate in the Universe by means of a resonance
Principle, depending on the activity of corresponding Karma Channels within our
Self-Consciousness Configuration. Realizing the level, at which the resonance
occurs, you can transmute "negative" interactivity Energy through
active ААИИГЛИЛИА (AAIIGLILIA) IISSIIDI-Center,
characterized by such mentally-sensuous manifestations as highly-emotional
Warmth, Unconditional Love, Altruism, acceptance, sacrifice, dedication, mutual
understanding and wise comprehension of all. That objective reflection, which
we face in our own subjective Reality in the form of specific situation, someone’s
reaction, or our own reaction to someone else’s manifestation or the
surrounding events, can only be changed by the conscious choice. It implies the
gradual voluntary change of our own Self-Consciousness Configuration, such as
our inner state of mind, motivation and a purposeful solution.

According to our Self-Consciousness Configuration
diversity and holographic manifestation principle, there are multiple
interpretations of the same exact interactivity, and only our own interest
defines which of these variations we will choose, regardless of whether we do
it consciously or unconsciously, according to our inner unregistered impulses.

The only, and the most important thing we actually can
influence, - is our inner state of mind, which, in fact, always solely
determines the Configuration quality of our Self-Consciousness. State of mind selection
occurs long before the interactivity with anyone and way before the unfolding
of any situation. After all, our Perceptions regarding any “individual” and
ourselves in different situations, being a prelude to any particular choice, determine
certain states we experience, as well as our own manifestation as a certain
"personality", existing in particular scenarios and corresponding
"interpersonal" relations.

We have everything, which is necessary to change our
previously discordant Perceptions regarding the surrounding world and
ourselves. That requires a series of sequential choices implementation, aimed
at overcoming of the inertia and the self-deception. It is important to awaken
our vigilance towards steadily established bad habits, manifested in the form
of specific emotions and states, as well as to our behavior, appropriate for
these habits. By sustaining the low-quality perceptions regarding other
“people”, we only deceive ourselves, as this is a very simple way to change
nothing while not applying any effort, motivating such behavior by the assumption,
that everyone around us is also substandard.

You should define every choice as an intention,
leading to specific results, and approach the transformation of your Perceptions
consciously, with interest, applying will power, - the possibility to overcome
the resistance, which constantly comes from well-established selfish programs,
protecting our ego and ambition, and contributing to our survival. Since the programs
of resistance to something new, unfamiliar and uncomfortable, regarding our
previous manifestations, are often triggered within our Self-Consciousness, it
is suggested that we closely monitor these internal displays and find new
motivations for the harmonious cooperation with other "people", as
well as for the implementation of your altruism in a sense, that enables you to
accept others as they are, understanding them. In such cases, the technique,
called “leaving the comfort zone" helps tremendously; it’s a common skills
and habits acquisition methodology, which is provided and elaborated by many
sources.

If you set up an objective to closely observe your own
reactions to the behavior of others, it is possible to identify these reactions
occurrence patterns, commencing the search for opportunities of changing some
of these patterns in your perception of the surrounding reality. Everything,
that has become unpleasant and no longer desirable for continuous reliving, is
easily changeable. All possible perception internal transformation features are
embedded in all existential scenarios; we should only utilize our wit and an
observation power, perceiving every opportunity as just a potential
predisposition to the fact of occurrence. All we have to do is to make a
willful effort, aimed at the implementation of our intention to harmonize the
relationship with a purpose of the real embodiment of our highest values,
principles and beliefs. These principles have formed through our embedded
moral, cultural concepts, social school programs, and other inspiring sources
of information. The most effective source of inner transformation is the kind
of knowledge that we have adopted as spiritual growth guide, clarifying for us the
kind of opportunities we possess in order to exhibit higher-quality Self-Image as
well as forming a harmonious Life in union with the rest of the world.

Any interpersonal interaction, subordinate to the two fundamental
lluuvvumicheskiy (True Human) Principles – highly-sensuous Intellect, coupled
with highly-Intellectual Altruism, - will have the most harmonious effect, even
if during this process a lot of inconsistencies and lack of mutual
understanding will emerge. Intellectually-Altruistic Honesty, warmhearted
Initiative, equal Responsibility and high-frequency Openness promote the
gradual transformation of defensive psychic reactions, occurring due to the
Perception difference.

Using the positive motivational sequences that involve
our own outdated Beliefs in regard to ourselves and the surrounding reality transformation
and transmutation mechanisms, (which rapidly become obsolete because the
refocusing – is a dynamics Synthesis and Self-Consciousness transformation
process), we create a positive mindset, allowing of more substantial
comprehension of all, greater unity and harmonization of any conflicts, generated
by a superficial attitude towards the surrounding events, obsession with
conventional stereotype perceptions and protective reactions, aimed at
defending our wounded ambition and per se egocentric “personality”.

Each situation in life has its own intuitively chosen positive
motivational sequences, based upon the naturally manifesting within a given Self-Consciousness
configuration, combination of the two True
Human Principles - highly-sensuous Intellect (intuitive understanding of the
cause-and-effect relationships and structural elements of the inner and outer
worlds interdependence), coupled with highly-Intellectual Altruism (voluntary self-giving, wise compassion and
joyful satisfaction when others remain in the positive state of mind. Here are
some examples of such qualitative motivations:
a)
“Such
behavioral manifestations are necessary for the given “individual” so that he
or she is able to experience such seemingly “negative” emotions on their
spiritual path. I respect such behavior. It certainly deserves the right to
exist, even though currently I don’t quite understand it. Perhaps it is me, who
lacks relevant Information”;
b)
“I probably
need to clarify what exactly did this "person" mean, when he or
she said something, which invoked a
rejection inside me, or what is hidden behind his or her "embarrassing”
behavior, which I define as unacceptable. I should try to understand his or her
approach before passing any judgment and my assessment of his or her behavior
before edifying or opposing to it. Any of my assessments could trigger their
backlash, so instead I should try being more tolerant and accepting. It might
even be necessary to be prepared to ask probing questions in order to clarify
the issue, subsequently providing sufficient number of corroborating arguments
and elaborating examples; however, I also should be prepared to face an unexpected
response, criticism, disapproval, indignation, and even an insult (which may
seem underserved)”;
c)
“For me, it
is vital to be tolerant, understanding and responsive to the feelings of
another “human being”, it is important being able to positively justify and to
treat any reaction with respect and acceptance as an alternative point of view,
that has the right to exist, belonging to particular Synthesis sub-scheme, implemented
in that particular fashion, being unclear to me, but not necessarily containing
the negative sense I have imputed to it”;
d)
“I am
thankful to this situation and this particular “individual” for the opportunity
of recognizing my own existing Perceptions (according to the resonation Principle
of the Universe) of his or her certain manifestations, which I have caused and
later faced with, being that I don’t agree with them; although recently I
myself could behave the same way, provided for which I have noticed it in the
actions of the other “person”, even though I no longer interested in such
realization form. Currently I have a great opportunity to rethink my own
attitude, expectations and assertions from a position of Altruism and Intellect,
reliving this situation anew, but this time with different motivations and a
wise approach, considering my newly reformed – more conscious and harmonious,
Self-Consciousness Configuration”.
Such
incentives can be used if they are backed by real feelings and a sincere desire
to harmonize relations, coupled with an understanding of how important it is for
all.
1 10) Both – we,
and our opponent, change Configurations of our Self-Consciousness at every
moment of the refocusing process; our opponent, during the course of our
constructive thinking in regards to the situation at hand, becomes calm and
balanced, even though he or she can still be angry or adamantly defending their
case, if, indeed, we must go through such experience. More importantly, we can
finally understand the positive and constructive sense a person may have
unknowingly embedded in his or her words, and draw conclusions about our own selfish
behavior, which so far leads us to such conflict situations. By changing of our
own attitude regarding the surrounding events by means of positive motivation,
we become willing to accept everything we deserve in the form of a given
external reality, still discordant by its very nature. Thus, we become
confident, that we have made every possible effort to participate actively
and responsibly in shaping the outlook of ongoing events. Joyful acceptance of
such internal work, provided for the results of these efforts, replaces
self-pity for a greater commitment, imparting self-confidence and a sense of an
inner freedom.
1 11) During any type
of communication, you can select and concentrate on the states of unity and
harmonious cohesion with others. With proper effort and positive insight, you
can clearly see the qualitative features and worthiness of another person; establish
a harmonious relationship, quality Information interchange and positive
unifying interaction with them.
If you are unable to reach such a state - it is a
good occasion to reflect on how relevant your perceptions regarding this person
are, whether they are of the highest possible quality, and why they provoke all
sorts of psychological manipulation and even hidden or open conflict. The
importance of change, (transformation and transmutation) of obsolete and
outdated Perceptions regarding others and ourselves, is of a primary
significance, because it determines our ability of mutually qualitative and harmonious
interaction levels.
1 12) All our
negative interaction projections, lasting for more than two minutes, remain the
obstacles that are being displaced into an unconscious perception mode and cause
a lot of intense unpleasant situations, conflicts and frustrations, all the way
up to enmity and hatred of other people, creating a constant sense of
dissatisfaction during communication with them. With sufficient attention to own
states of Self-Consciousness and of other people’s, it is possible to identify their
reaction patterns to our behavior, which in turn can help to pinpoint our own wrongness
and destructive distortion of the World’s harmonic perception. IISSIIDIOLOGY
offers radical situation change once you determine your own wrongdoing by
finding any suitable justification to your "opponent" within two
minutes (the optimum period for quality refocusings), and offering a positive
conciliatory talk, self-deflation and sincere remorse, based on Honesty,
Openness, Accountability and spiritual Initiative, with regard to the two
fundamental True Human Principles – highly-intellectual Altruism and highly
sensuous Intellect.
PS: These principles apply primarily to
individual self-cognition process. By teaching these principles to others, we
can achieve a harmonious relationship only if we comply with the key principle
of being a live example to them.
